Congratulations to one of our students, Naseem Odeh, who achieved the second highest degree score in Israel.
What’s more remarkable about this outstanding achievement is that Naseem’s mother tongue is Arabic and the exam is in Hebrew.
Naseem was marginally beaten by a student who achieved 91% but whose mother tongue is also Hebrew.
After his graduation Naseem received a number of job offers from different hospitals in Israel who were keen to have such a top student working for them. Hafia University also invited him to study there for the BA. However, we are delighted that Naseem has decided to continue to study for his BA at our school.
Amal Khazin, Director of Nursing Education, at the School of Nursing, presented Naseem with his certificate at his graduation ceremony and said, “We are all very pleased with Naseem’s achievements at the School and are very proud of him. It’s also a good reflection of the standard of teaching and support the students receive at the School. Naseem has a great career ahead”.
