The SERVE Nazareth summer cohort just came back from a weekend in Jerusalem, where they had the chance to walk the Via Dolorosa, visit the Church of All Nations at Gethsemane and see the Western Wall, as well as spending time at the Church of Nativity in Bethlehem.

Applications are open for this year’s winter programme which runs for six months from November to April. Our summer cohort has begun the task of opening up relationships with churches and ministries, as well as in the Nazareth Hospital and the community through their different projects. Now you have the opportunity to continue with this work and the tremendous impact it has on the city!
It is so exciting to develop relationships and serve others in whatever way they need. We have been delighted with the progress which has been made and are excited to begin again with the next cohort!
The time spent here has also been an opportunity for participants to focus on God and experience spiritual growth. Many participants have made decisions about their future and education and plan to continue in ministry settings on their departure from Nazareth.
The winter cohort will have the chance to SERVE Nazareth from autumn into spring, experiencing both Christmas and Easter in the Holy Land. They will have the chance to see how the two feasts are celebrated by local people and will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate with them in Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
